Before you decide
Important commercial and operational details should be clear before either side commits.
The parent's childcare requirement must match a place your nursery has confirmed it can genuinely offer, based on the child's age, required days and intended start timing. Full eligibility and attribution rules are agreed before the programme begins.
An ordinary parent no-show is not normally chargeable when it is reported within the agreed 24-hour window. Rescheduling, nursery cancellations and any exceptions are covered by the agreed chargeability rules.
There is no minimum payment guarantee. To be a sensible operational fit, your nursery should usually be able to accommodate an average of at least two suitable nursery visits a month over the programme. A monthly cap can be agreed.
The replacement website, organic-search presence and parent journey take time to establish and improve. The first three months are expected to be a build and organic-search ramp-up period. Standard attendance-based billing applies from the agreed start date.
Nursery Solutions creates and operates a replacement website during the programme. Your original website is backed up. Domain control, restoration and any continuation or transfer options are confirmed in writing before work begins.
No. We create and coordinate the opportunity for a suitable parent to visit. Your team conducts the visit and manages every commercial follow-up; the parent makes the decision. Registrations, search position and occupancy cannot be guaranteed.
